Through mindful movement, breathwork practices, and personal lifestyle techniques, we’ll build your unique toolkit for lasting balance, resilience, and inner peace. Together, we’ll explore ways to soften stress, reconnect with your body, and create daily rituals that support a life rooted in calm.

 

I’m not a licensed healthcare professional—but through my training, lived experience, and years of mindful recovery, I offer something deeply human: a steady hand to hold, a safe space to land, and the tools that helped me—and so many others—find our StillPoint.
